The concept of concrete sawing and drilling using diamond tools originated in the United States and was fi rst introduced into Australia in 1958 with the formation of Concut Concrete Sawing Services Pty Ltd in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and has expanded to most capital and major cities in Australia .
