Wire Sawing

Description
The wire saw is a configuration of pulley that spin diamond segmented wire at high speeds through concrete, stone and metal materials. It is capable of cutting very large areas in on solid cut and can be set up in almost any configuration to cut any shape at any thickness required. It is especially suited to large blocks of heavily re-enforced concrete.

Application
The wire saw is used when large sections of concrete need to be cut. Applications included and are not limited to:

• Cutting Piles
• Dam Walls
• Bridges
• Reinforced concrete walls
• Underwater cutting
• Large diameter concrete and metal pipes

Depth
The cutting depth of the wire saw is virtually unlimited

Types Of Wire Saws
For the two types of wire saws that we use are as follows:

• Electric
  • Powered by a 3 phase 20amp, 32amp or 50am power used specifically for indoor applications
• Diesel
  • A diesel hydraulic power pack that is used for large cuts that require extra power
